Before activating the warranty return procedure, we recommend contacting our technical service via the following email firstname.lastname@example.org to check how to use the product; all fields in this form are mandatory. In case of compilation with incorrect or missing data, you will be required to send a new RMA form;
- filling out a form is required for each product;
-the RMA procedure does not provide, except in particular cases, for the direct replacement of the product;
-the product returned with RMA will be checked and verified by our technical department within a maximum of 30 days. working hours which will start from the date of receipt of the defective product (not from the sending of the RMA form);
- the times for solving the problem depend exclusively on the nature of the problem, we will make sure to make it as short as possible; the shipping costs of the defective product are borne by the customer;
- the defect complained of must be described in detail (we do not accept generic defects such as "it doesn't work"), if possible, describe exactly which steps you followed in order to reproduce the problem;
-each item must be returned in its original intact packaging, complete with manuals and related accessories.
